Love Castle Donington is a local volunteer group who set up in 2022 to support & showcase all local events in our wonderful village, as well as create some of our own events along the way!

In 2023 we took on the Santa’s Sleigh when the local Rotary branch shut down. The Rotary had kept the Santa’s Sleigh going for over 30 years, and we at Love Castle Donington, couldn’t let that tradition stop, so we took it on and continue to bring magic to the village. During the month of December, we visit as many streets as possible in Castle Donington collecting donations. These donations are then put into a grant pot, where local groups and charities can request funding for projects. Each year our total grant fund has increased thanks to the amazing people in our community and the volunteers that help each year.
